Use a rate from your bank or a published rate. We do not supply one.

Blank property price uses the published floor.

Choose a federal tier and enter your exchange-rate assumption to see the deposit and residence components.

Information only, not legal or immigration advice. We do not submit applications; MM2H applications go through MOTAC-licensed agents (state and other routes through their own licensed agents or official channels). No eligibility, approval or complete cost is promised. Check official sources before acting.

How this is calculated

This tool adds a selected federal deposit converted using your own RM-per-USD assumption to the greater of your entered property price and the published residence floor. It is a gross scenario with no withdrawal or financing offset, not a required simultaneous cash balance, household quote or complete cost. Fees are excluded. Blank property price uses the published floor.

Other routes and all eligibility, income, insurance and household assessments: see official source. No income-threshold equality or age-60 insurance decision is implemented.
